First and Foremost...We hope that you, your family and friends all well and safe!!
We want to thank you all for your understanding and patience during this crazy and uncertain time. We truly miss our Balanced Body Family and the sense of Community you have all created collectively. Though we are grateful for Zoom we miss being able to practice all together in the same space, so we hope that you take this opportunity to JOIN US INSIDE!!
Despite the many distractions we face daily, you have been doing your very best to find time for yourself!! Well, I’m going to say it....I’m Pretty Darn Proud Of Us! This definitely hasn’t been easy. I know we all have our struggles right now. Each unique to the individual and circumstance. But you are doing what has to be done to get on your mats and for that we are Grateful!!
We are ending 2020 on a positive note with very exciting news!! While we continue to navigate through these difficult and uncertain times, we have been blessed with the opportunity to head back inside to our beautiful new temporary location in Plainview. We are so grateful for everyone’s continued Love and Support! Because of your support we have been able to maintain a full schedule with our full staff! Without you...none of this is possible!! We hope to have everyone join us on their mat in our new space! But we do understand that not everyone is ready to come inside, so we will continue to offer All of our classes on Zoom!
With the safety and well-being of our members and staff as our top priority, we have updated our already high standards of safety, health and cleanliness to ensure that you can attend the studio comfortably in a socially distant, contact-free environment.
Please take a moment to read through our updated guidelines!
*Be sure to register for class to reserve your mat
*Arrive no more than 10 min before class so we can clean and sanitize between classes
*Wear a mask the covers both your nose and mouth
*Use hand sanitizer upon entry and often while inside
*Check in at the front desk for a temperature check
*It is recommended that you bring your own mat and props to class to minimize shared use (We do have them available for purchase if needed)
*Only bring in belongings that fit in a cubby
*Use the distance markers on the floor as a guide for mat placement to ensure a safe distance between members (Place the front edge of your mat on the marker and roll back)
*I know that we all miss each other and want to catch up, but please don’t linger after class. This will allow us the proper time to clean and sanitize for the next class
The Holiday Schedule for the next 2 weeks is available on Mindbody. The new January schedule will be available soon with new classes and a few new friendly faces added to our staff!! So check it out!! We are looking forward to seeing you on your mat!!
We are offering different memberships, class cards and drop in rates. Your studio membership goes a long way in supporting our ability to stay open, and pay our staff for their hard work and dedication.
