What to Expect 

CLASS

Let the instructor know if you have any injuries in advance.

If you need to leave early, please alert the instructor and set up near the door.

Follow the instructed sequence and have a seat on your mat if you need a rest at any point.

Refrain from disruptive talking.

Enjoy the practice and don’t push yourself to a point of physical pain.  Be patient as it can take a few times to get into the flow.

On your fist visit  to the studio, please arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of class & bring a photo ID (License or other valid ID).  There is no pre-registration, just come in!

Late arrivals may not be allowed in to class – it is disruptive to the class and unsafe to practice without properly warming up.

PREPARATION

Hydrate!  Drink water both before, during and after class.

Try to avoid having heavy meals 2-3 hours before class.

Wear lightweight, comfortable clothing.

Arrive early for class as late arrivals may not be allowed.

Please be fresh and clean upon arrival and refrain from wearing perfume or cologne.  

No chewing gum.

Bring a 1/4″ yoga mat plus full length towel to cover your mat.

Bring plenty of water in to class with you.  Water can be purchased at the front desk.

Please turn ringers off upon entry to the waiting area.  Cell phones are not allowed in the studio and only text messaging is allowed in the waiting room.
